1. Site Assessment

Before installing your EV charger, we perform:

·       Electrical load evaluation

·       Parking location check

·       Cable routing assessment

This can be done physically or through photos/videos.

2. Installation Timeline

Most installations are completed within:

·       1–3 days in Dubai after assessment

·       Same-day or next-day service available for eligible homes

3. What’s Included

·       Full charger mounting

·       Wiring and circuit protection

·       Load balancing setup (if required)

·       Testing & commissioning

·       User guidance and demonstration

4. Additional Charges

Extra fees may apply for:

·       Long cable runs

·       Panel upgrades

·       Civil work or drilling in special material

·       Relocation of electrical equipment

All additional charges are discussed before work begins.

5. Safety Standards

As a DEWA-approved contractor, we follow all Dubai and UAE electrical safety regulations.

6. Post-Installation Support

We offer:

·       Troubleshooting

·       Repairs for all charger brands

·       Annual service and maintenance

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery to all locations within:

·       Dubai

·       Abu Dhabi

·       Sharjah

·       Ajman

·       Ras Al Khaimah

·       Fujairah

·       Umm Al Quwain

(Delivery fees, if applicable, may vary by emirate.)

2. Delivery Time

·       Dubai: 1–2 business days

·       Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

·       If installation is booked with us, the charger is typically delivered on the same day as installation.

You will receive an estimated delivery window once your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping Fees

·       Standard delivery within Dubai: Free (unless otherwise stated).

·       Deliveries outside Dubai may include a small logistics fee, calculated at checkout or communicated with your order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery During Installation

If you have scheduled an installation service, our technician will bring your EV charger directly to your location—no separate shipping required.

6. Tracking & Updates

We will notify you via phone or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched and provide live updates on delivery timing.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete:

1.      Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

2.      Share photos/videos of the issue.

3.      We will arrange a free replacement or corrective action as quickly as possible.
