Welcome to ChargeLink AE. By purchasing our products or using our installation services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Eligibility

You must provide accurate information regarding your electrical setup, parking space, and property access. Incorrect details may result in additional charges.

2. Installation Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring:

·       Access to the parking area

·       Availability of power supply

·       Necessary approvals (if not handled by us)

As a DEWA-approved contractor, we can manage DEWA approvals upon request.

3. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required before equipment delivery or installation. We accept cash, card, and online payments.

4. Warranty

All chargers come with a manufacturer warranty. Installation warranty covers workmanship only.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for:

·       Delays caused by supplier issues, weather, or access restrictions

·       Misuse or tampering with the EV charger

·       Electrical problems unrelated to the installation

6. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your installation appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
