At ChargeLink AE customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a fair and transparent refund policy for all EV chargers, accessories, and installation services.

1. Product Refunds

You may request a refund if:

·       The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning upon delivery.

·       The wrong item was delivered.

·       The product has not yet been installed and is still in original condition and packaging.

Refund Window: 7 days from the delivery date.
Non-returnable items: Used, installed, or damaged due to customer misuse.

2. Installation Service Refunds

Installation fees are refundable only if:

·       You cancel before the technician is dispatched.

·       We are unable to complete the installation due to technical issues from our side.

If the technician has already arrived on-site, a call-out fee may apply.

3. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
